Flavor: My absolute favorite honey is this one! It's sweet with a subtle, fruity flavor and is amber in color. It's so delicious. It deserves to be in dishes where it can be in the spotlight - slathered in a peanut butter and honey sandwich, drizzled over pancakes and waffles or added to a cheese platter.
